Photofictions is an interactive project that aims to bring creative and personal photography to everyone.
With this proposal, using lightboxes and various objects (figurines, animals, vehicles, etc.), materials (cork, polystyrene, reeds, plastics, seeds, etc.), and elements (flashlights, tape, fishing line, etc.), participants can invent their own imaginary world and then photograph it.
It is often assumed that photography must capture "reality," but with Photofictions, the audience will create its own universe.
It is an interactive experience where you are the protagonist.
Each participant selects and arranges the available objects in the lightboxes to express their story. At the end, they photograph the final result.
They will capture thoughts, emotions, and realities—endless possibilities to create their own unique setting.
The result is profoundly personal.
A liberating experience.
Imagination, light, camera… photofiction!
«Be bold,
be different,
be impractical,
be anything that ensures your goal and your imaginative vision against the safe players,
the common creatures,
the slaves of the ordinary.”
